- Domenica Ghidei, Commissioner, Equal Treatment Commission, Netherlands

- Katri Linna, Equality Ombudsman, Sweden

- Ingrid Nikolay-Leitner, Director, Ombud for Equal Treatment, Austria

- David Ruebain, Director of Legal Policy, Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), Great Britain (until 30 April 2010)

- Kalliopi Lykovardi, Senior Investigator at the Office of the Greek Ombudsman, Greece (as from 1 May 2010)

- Néphèli Yatropoulos, Advisor on European and International Affairs, High Commission Against Discrimination and for Equality (HALDE), France

The Executive Board operates on the basis of the business plan and budget agreed by the Equinet members and discusses and takes decisions on the management and operational structure for the period of their mandate (2009 - 2011).
